Frequency Reset Program Policies
Program Commitment
The Frequency Reset Program is a three-month commitment designed to support consistent, meaningful progress. Sessions are intended to occur as close to weekly as reasonably possible, as consistency is an important part of the program experience. By enrolling, you are reserving your place in the full three-month program and agreeing to participate for the three-month duration.
Payment Commitment
Payment is due in full at enrollment unless an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed upon in advance. When a payment plan is offered, it divides the total program cost into installments and does not convert the program into a month-to-month service. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the remaining program balance remains due.
Scheduling & Appointments
Sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so that following appointments can begin as scheduled.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Because your session time is reserved specifically for you, at least 24 hours’ notice is requested for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the session being counted as used. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and reasonable exceptions may be made at my discretion.
Participation & Results
The Frequency Reset Program is a collaborative process. Your experience and results will be unique to you and may vary. Meaningful progress is supported by your active participation, honest communication, and willingness to engage with the process between sessions.
Refunds & Early Withdrawal
Because enrollment reserves your place in the full three-month program, payments are generally nonrefundable once the program has begun. If circumstances arise that prevent you from continuing, please contact me directly. When a participant has demonstrated a genuine commitment to the program, I may prorate the remaining program balance when appropriate. Other exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.
Scope of Services
The Frequency Reset Program offers complementary wellness services intended to support personal awareness, relaxation, self-reflection, and overall well-being. Services may include Biofield Tuning, Reiki, coaching, and other energy-based practices as appropriate. These services are not medical or mental health treatment and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition. Please continue to work with qualified healthcare professionals for your medical and mental health needs.
