My Journey

Hi, I'm Christine.

From an early age, I knew I experienced the world a little differently. I felt deeply connected to nature and was naturally aware of the energy around me, even though I didn't yet have the words to understand what I was experiencing.

​

At seven years old, that awareness changed dramatically after a near-death experience. I was struck by a speeding truck and, through what I experienced as intuitive guidance,  felt urged to jump. During the experience that followed, I remember an overwhelming sense of peace and being told that I would be okay and that it wasn't my time to die. I returned from the accident remarkably unharmed.

As I grew older, everyday life took over and I spent years resisting or questioning some of those early experiences. Eventually, however, challenges in my own life led me back to that part of myself and sparked a desire to better understand it.

​

I began intentionally developing my intuitive awareness, including clairvoyance, clairaudience, clairsentience and claircognizance. What began as Energy Readings for friends and family eventually led me to formal training in Reiki, Biofield Tuning and coaching — and ultimately to creating Guided Insight.

​

Over the years, my work has continued to evolve. Today, I bring intuitive awareness, energy work and practical coaching together to help people recognize patterns, better understand what may be influencing their experiences, and explore meaningful ways to move forward.

​

I don't believe another person can simply “heal” you. You are an active participant in your own growth and change. My role is to offer insight, tools, energetic support and a space where you can better understand yourself and what may be ready to shift.
