Cancellation Policy

Special event appointments are prepaid and reserved specifically for you. If you are unable to attend, please contact Guided Insight as soon as possible. Payments are non-refundable; however, with advance notice, your payment may be applied toward another Guided Insight service or event when possible. No-shows forfeit their reserved session and payment.
